Wheatstone bridge resistor change is mainly caused by the change of material structure, and thus the relative change in resistance can be written as
(1)
Where are the piezoresistive coefficient and the pressure.
Metal or semiconductor material due to its resistance variation relative change in resistance as a result of (2) Where is the longitudinal piezoresistive coefficient; is the piezoresistive coefficient horizontal; is a vertical stress; is the transverse stress.
