Materials and Methods Raw Material Preparation and Treatment.
Lignin serves as a natural binder to lignocellulosic materials.
During screw pressing of the Type 1 and Type 2 materials, it is believed that a considerable fraction of hemicellulose materials  was removed  due to dissolution by steam heat and  squeezing out by the pressure of screw press.

This method starts by mixing the barium carbonate and iron oxide in order to homogenize the raw materials and takes place in a wet medium.
The solid state synthesis is a diffusion method and starts with mixing of BaCO3 and Fe2O3 to homogenize the raw materials.
Presintering process facilitates solid state diffusion of BaO and Fe2O3 and converts the raw materials into the monoferrite phase.
The raw materials used in the study were BaCO3 (purity 99 %) and Fe2O3 (purity 99 %).

Introduction The most typical example of hard and brittle materials is advanced ceramics.
It is because of less bonding material, pore of SFAP could not be produced.

In addition, the RP processes deposit material directionally resulting in direction dependent, or anisotropic, material properties[5,6].
By selecting an optimal part orientation in an FDM process, it is possible to shorten the production time and reduce material consumption.
