At present, phosphor materials have been mainly prepared by a solid-state reaction technique.
The raw materials were Eu2O3 (99.99%), Ca(NO3)2·4H2O (analytical grade), 4MgCO3·Mg(OH)2·4H2O (analytical grade), ethyl silicate (analytical grade), ethanol (analytical grade), nitric acid (analytical grade) , citric acid (analytical grade), hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) (analytical grade), and triethanolamine (analytical grade) .

RVM had been used effectively in scaling text classification[7], automatic speech recognition [8], medical science [9].
