Introduction
The development of contemporary science and technology results in constant increase of material requirements.
The said materials need to possess high physiochemical and operating properties as well as being easily manufactured [1].
Aluminium nitride is a material of great significance for various branches of science, especially electronics [6,7].
Study materials and coatings The coating deposition processes were conducted with PVT-550 device situated in Department of Materials Science in Katowice.

Scanning tunneling microscope (STM)-based electric lithography is one of the potential fabrication approaches to produce nanoscale structures on a variety of materials.
The conductive sample material is prerequisite to the STM-based electric lithography for current feedback control and the highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG) bulk sample is utilized as the sample material in this work.
The material of all STM probe electrodes was Pt/Ir (80:20).

The building of course and learning resources of distance education can never be simple moving of teaching materials, online TV, or multi-media, instead, a whole set of new teaching models conforming to network culture and rules of education must be created.
Hence, the high integration of teaching materials and resources should be emphasized, especially remote and online study assistance.

Introduction
The expansion of application of advanced composite structures beyond aerospace into other
applications such as marine, transport and civil engineering requires us to develop the capability to
manufacture cost effective components using alternative blanket materials.
Selection of SMC By comparing the properties of the material (GF fabric/Epoxy prepreg) used in the hand lay-up process, three high-fiber-content (60 to 63 wf%) SMCs manufactured by Quantum Composites, Inc., were selected as candidate materials.
Three kinds of SMC materials, Lytex 4129, QC 8800 and QC 8560 with different thickness were used.
