Nowadays, cement composites often contain a certain amount of waste materials, which can lead to increased heavy metals leaching.
Thus there is a need to evaluate the concrete materials containing waste for their environmental performance.
The microstructure of concretes containing waste materials is likely to change considerably as the material ages due to the effects of carbonation, leaching, etc.
Methods and material The following materials have been used to produce the testing samples: Portland cement CEM I 42.5 N, waste additive based on slag and aggregates from local source.
Visvanathan, Assessment of heavy metal contamination and its mobilization from municipal solid waste open dumping site, Journal of Hazardous Materials. 156/1–3 (2008) 86-94.

Abstract: This paper first defines the elements and meaning of rural low-carbon economy.
The government should increase low-carbon economy propaganda, improve the quality of farmers and the ideological understanding, especially cultural quality, science and technology quality and social ethics by way of training and education, promote farmer to set up the ecological awareness and environmental consciousness, and advocate ecological civilization while advocating material civilization and spiritual civilization .
