With regards to the characteristics of inter-basin water transfer projects, a 3d visual simulation (Three-Dimensional Visual Simulation, 3DVS) method for inter-basin water transfer project was proposed.
Based on the established digital model, the simulation of channel water were realized .The Yuzhou section of South-to-North Water Transfer Project is taken as a case study. 3D visual simulation provides an effective way for the construction management and decision-making for inter-basin water diversion project.
Visual simulation modeling Due to the linear characteristics of Inter-basin water transfer project, it has broad scope and abundant substance on the surface, the scenes mainly include water transfer channel, farmland waters, green belt and bridge.
Before the texture mapping technique is used, the professional image processing software could be used to control the size, the proportion, the format of the textures rationally.

Abstract. With the progressive development of photogrammetric technology, the digital photogrammetric method based on the basic principles of digital imaging and photogrammetry has replaced the traditional photogrammetric mapping method and has been widely promoted and applied.
With the development and progress of photogrammetry technology, the popularity of digital cameras, and the rapid increase in performances, the photogrammetric method of non-professional digital cameras has broad application prospects in the engineering construction monitoring and scientific experiments, etc. fields of application [3].
It uses the technical methods of the non-professional equipment (that is, the non-special equipment used for photographical measurements) to collect the data, and uses the existing computer software system to acquire coordinates for pixel points.
It is a type of better software used to acquire coordinates for pixel points among the non-professional equipments.
There must be large distortion errors in the processing and installation of general digital cameras, thereby the distortion of the acquired digital images is larger than that of the acquired images by the professional measurement camera.

The platinum printing method is use the photosensitive nature of the platinum salt to produce images, the earliest use platinum chloride and hydrogen potassium mixed to get photographic emulsion, and now add sodium ferric oxalate.
3.2 The process recipe
Platinum salt process sensitizer formula:
Group A: ferric oxalate solution
Group B: mixed solution of ferric oxalate and potassium chlorate
Group C: chlorine Asia Platinum Potassium / tetrachloro platinum solution of sodium
Developer formula:
Platinum developer a (warm tone developer): mixed solution of anhydrous sodium carbonate, anhydrous citric acid and hot water
Platinum developer two (micro-warm tone developer): a mixed solution of potassium oxalate and hot water
Platinum developer three (cold tone developer): a mixed solution of ammonium citrate and hot water
Cleaning fluid formula:
Mixed solution of disodium EDTA and hot water
3.3 About the negatives and photo paper
Platinum works of negatives should have a higher
The paper generally choose fine texture of rough fiber printmaking paper or water coloured paper.
Because of the complexity of the process, the success of a platinum works depends not only on the photographer's experience, intuition, but also have good luck, a platinum works to bring us a visual shock and the admire of the professional spirit.

Pressurized water reactor is the world's first reactor type and the world's most widely Reactor type.
In China, Qinshan Phase III nuclear power plant uses Canada CANDU6 heavy water reactor, the rest are use pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants.
In this paper, it establishes the pressurized water reactor model by MCNP program.
Pressurized water reactor is composed of reactor pressure vessel, reactor core, reactor control rod drive mechanism and other parts.

The procedure of hydraulic conductivity test is conducted according to China professional technical code for geotechnical test (SL237-1999).
The water content of specimen is controlled by the optimum water content from compaction test and the density of specimen is controlled by the compaction rate on 0.98.
From a construction point of view, limited water movement is often advantageous since the accumulation of water at specific depths tend to reduce the bearing capacity dramatically.

Thirdly, agricultural operation subjects should be not only independent households with farming as their by-business, but more modern professional agricultural market subjects and professional farmers.
More efforts should be devoted in developing new market subjects such as peasants’ economic cooperation organizations, firmly farms, professional breeding and planting households, leading enterprises and so on.
Professional production and marketing should be improved to enhance the marketability.
According to the serialization of production, processing, storage, transportation and services, professional services should be offered to form an industrial chain; hi-tech agricultural parks should be established to integrate agricultural scientific researches, breeding, training, experiment, demonstration, agricultural sightseeing, and planting popularization, and also form the chain of production, processing and marketing.
Eco-environment of the farmland has been seriously polluted, soil quality largely reduced, soil and water loss as well as destruction of wildlife habitats caused due to the utilization of fertilizers, pesticides and mulching film, the improper treatment of straws, and the destruction of nearby forests.

Green low-carbon buildings in China started late, and lack of practical experience and basic data, the existing assessment system focused on the evaluation of the quality of the built environment, emphasizing the content of land, energy efficiency, water conservation, and materials, and neglect the building itself of the economy and the use of comfort, is not conducive to the interests of developers and building users, including green to maximize the effect, but also affect the promotion and development of low carbon buildings.
To get more people to understand low-carbon architectural concept should start from the popularity of the public areas of education and professional education of the building field.
On the other hand, in the construction sector need to strengthen professional education, cultivation of low-carbon concept, the master of low-carbon technologies for the development of low carbon construction industry professionals.
Secondly, to encourage specialization and commercialization of energy service companies to participate in the management of low-carbon buildings, the mode of regulation of contract energy management (EPC) services to allow owners to make energy service companies and professional cooperation, benefit-sharing.
