According to the analytical results, the fatigue strength of the frame is checked referring to JIS E4207 and Goodman sketch for welding materials.
The critical damage corresponding to material fatigue damage is a constant, which only depends on the material properties and is irrelevant with the load spectrum and the loading history.

It was synthesized from Bis(2-trimethyl ammonium)ethyl ammonium chloride (TMAEAC) and epichlorohydrin (ECH) by copolymerization reaction, effects of reaction temperature, mole ratio of raw materials, reaction time, amount of solvent on the cationicity of product were studied.
It is one kind of important functional polymer, which has been used more and more widely in many fields for its polymer chain with cationic charges, such as paper making, sterilization process [2], photochemical photosensitive material and oil fields, and now it is acting increasingly active role in the oilfield area and gradually shows its unique advantages for its prominent advantages such as quick and high rate of the treatment and long effectiveness.
In this paper, we studied the synthesis of a new kind of quaternary ammonium salt cationic clay stabilizer whose main chain and side chain both contain quaternary ammonium cation on the basis of current research achievements, using diethanolamine, thionyl chloride, tertiary amine and epichlorohydrin as raw materials, and studied its anti-swelling performance.
Experimental Apparatus and Chemical reagents We synthesized the object COP through halogenation, quaternarization and polymerization with diethanolamine (Dongxing chemical reagent factory, shenyang), thionyl chloride (Tongfang Fine Chemical Co. , Ltd., Shanghai), trimethylamine ( Xinxi Chemical reagent factory, Shenyang) and epichlorohydrin(Shanghai Chemical Reagent Co. , Ltd., China Pharmaceutical Group Corporation) as raw materials.

cost and complicated manufacturing process of these porous materials are barriers to commercializing,so a simple CDI cell unit was fabricated and the activated carbon powders that are low price and high specific surface materials were made use of preparing AC coating electrodes in this study.
Materials and method Preparation of electrodes.
The morphology and physical structure of AC coating electrodes were characterized by SEM as depicted in Fig.2.It could be shown that the electrodes were irregular grid-like porous materials,and both ACP and PVDF binder were bound together from the Fig.2.Actually,the materials of the coating electrodes prepared did not drop even when the electrode surface was rubbed by hand.It seemed that the electrodes had enough mechanical strength and thermal stability to implement the electrosorption experiments.

This project is mainly used in the comfort air conditioning system, replacing the conventional indoor air conditioning using fan convection cooling form, directly to the traditional air conditioning evaporator by convection heat transfer to type into the radiation heat transfer form, using modern new polymer composite material as the main body of the evaporator, the refrigerant cycle, in the mature theory of refrigeration the design of conventional air conditioning operating conditions of vapor compression on the overall setting of air conditioning design, exploration and design with the radiation air conditioning system technical requirements, the radiant cooling refrigerant system the data acquisition, development and design of intelligent controller and related problem of air conditioner indoor dew point control, thus the formation of completely based on the prototype structure of energy-saving radiation cooling technology of comfort air conditioning.
