At present, our country doesn’t have direct carbon emissions monitoring data.
According to industry statistics database provided by the export delivery value after 2008 and the difficulties of the data acquisition and accurate, this paper divides industries into 35 classes.
By looking at the China statistical yearbook and the energy consumption yearbook, we get the main energy consumption and industrial products’ energy consumption in our country from 2008 to 2012 through data sorting.
In view of this, the carbon cost of national industrial product must have a reliable carbon price to boost the development of carbon market, promote the country’s carbon emission reduction.
But in the long run, the implement of carbon cost may greatly contribute to the development of emission reduction techniques.

Statistics Indonesia [1] to reported data correspond with the Number of Motor Vehicles by Type, 2009-2013.
Sudin, et.al [2] were reported to review on the research performance of active and passive flow control on the vehicle aerodynamic drag reduction, and focusing the method to delay or prevent flow separation at the rear end of vehicle.
Post-processing of numerical simulation has presented the qualitative data such as velocity pathline and velocity vector, respectively, and quantitative data such as pressure coefficient (Cp), lift coefficient (CL) and drag coefficient (CD), respectively.
The velocity on the wake region become recover and contribute on drag reduction and downforce increase are correspond with increasing diffuser angle on rear body of the bus models.
Drag reduction are indicated by dcrease of drag coefficient with increasing diffuser angle on rear bus models.

Data from sensor array are often arranged in three-dimension as sample × time × sensor.
Traditional methods are mainly used for two-dimension data.
They are mainly used for two-way data.
The preprocessed response data were analyzed by PARAFAC with two components.
Taking into account the complexity of the data, the use of PARARAC as a feature extraction technique to perform a data reduction from a three-way array is studied.

Introduction The data of this paper is based on China Energy Statistical Yearbook and Tianjin Statistical Yearbook.
In recent years, comprehensive energy consumption of per unit of GDP and fossil fuel combustion CO2 emissions of per unit of GDP have decreased year by year though optimizing the industrial structure and layout and developing energy conservation and emission reduction.
At the same time, enterprises are encouraged to introduce advanced technology of energy saving and emission reduction, to strengthen utilizing and developing clean energy, which will enhance energy efficiency and decrease CO2 emission.

In order to facilitate the processing, we handle the index values by discrete data.
Then, according to the index system, we design the final index data questionnaire (non final index according to certain calculation of the final index calculated) and distribute the questionnaires to the experts and obtain evaluation data.
We make use of rough set to solve the problem only for data processing, without any a priori knowledge, so as to avoid the influence of artificial factors in data processing.
Data processing is very convenient.
Through data processing, the relationship and the importance between the indexes of trust risk is becoming clear and provide basis for prevention of supply chain trust risk.

Based on these data, it was concluded that suitable magnesium implants should provide small grains, which are distributed very homogenously and should be produced with highest purity.
Further, these separately reconstructed data were finally stacked to form an entire data set.
The voxel edge size of the data set was equal to 10 µm.
The reduction of the implant volume could be converted into a corrosion rate by using a modification of the ASTM G31-72, 2004 equation (1) for weight loss measurements: tA W CR ⋅⋅ = ρ (1) , where CR is the corrosion rate (mm/year), W is the weight loss of the metal or alloy, A is the initial surface area exposed to corrosion, ρ is the standard density of the metal or alloy and t is the time of immersion.
Herein the weight loss was substituted by the reduction in volume (∆V) multiplied by the standard density (ρ) resulting in equation 2: tA V CR ⋅ ∆ = (2) , where ∆V is the reduction in volume that is equal to the remaining metal volume subtracted from the initial implant volume.

The data suggest that three quarters of human femoral failure can be predicted in vivo, i.e. using QCT scan.
Combined with information on the loads associated with the activities of daily living, these data may be used to prevent pathologic fractures of patients who had prior surgery of removing tumors on proximal femurs.
Then the relative reductions in bending rigidity of each femur were calculated by comparing rigidity values before and after creating defects.
This yield stress at tensile side (right side of femoral neck in Fig. 1) of a femur was considered a measured fracture load. 1 DICOM is a type of medical imaging file which contains both a header (which stores information about the patient's name, type of scan, the image dimensions, etc), as well as all of the image data.
Further study could be performed by inducing out-of-plane (sagittal) force and moment in the experimental apparatus as well as higher capacity load-cell which allows a wider range of data acquisition.

In the present paper, the feasibility of using TSA to obtain quantitative stress data from a NiTi alloy is considered.
The thermal data was logged at 1 Hz and correlated with the mechanical response.
The data obtained at 40 and 45o C shows an approximately uniform response in the range 100 - 250 MPa.
From the data of the type shown in Fig. 6 it was possible to determine a calibration constant for the Nitinol at 40o C of 0.325 MPa/U using the average signal obtained from the area shown in Fig. 4 from data collected with mean stresses in the range 100 - 250 MPa.
The variation in this data is approximately 25%, which can be attributed to the low response obtained at this temperature.

The recrystallization kinetics equations used here are adaptations of the AJMK (Avrami-Johnson-Mehl-Kolmogorov) equation, with parameters that were selected to fit the mill data.
It is a common practice to apply a large reduction in the first two or three passes.
This large initial reduction breaks the as-cast microstructure.
The large amount of industrial data available at the plants is an endless source of information.
The MFS evolution, Fig. 4, shows five rouguhing passes and seven finishing reductions.
