The probability design has been incorporated in civil engineering structure design.
The rock mass mechanical properties and the initial stress field vary greatly in the practical engineering.
It is necessary to take probability analysis for the tunnel engineering design.
However, there remain some problems for performing probability analysis for the tunnel engineering.

Introduction Concrete is one kind of load-bearing structural material that is widely used in fields such as civil engineering, industrial engineering and military engineering, in working process of concrete structure, it carries not only the normal design load(usually the quasi-static load), but often various effects of dramatic changes, for example, concrete structure subjected to blast loading will undergo states of high temperature, high pressure and high strain rate, while collapse in the fire generates impulsive loading on the substructure, so it is necessary to study the mechanical behavior and constitutive relation of concrete under high-temperature dynamical conditions.
The high-temperature SHPB tests are completed in the structural mechanics research institute of China Academy of Engineering Physics.
