Introduction The non-linear elastic behaviour of materials is commonly described by constitutive equations based on strain energy functions.
Hyperelastic materials.
Most of the proposed phenomenological models are based on the polynomial expansion credited to Rivlin [2] ( )2i N1i i j 2 _ i 1 _ N 1ji ij 1J D 1 3I3ICψ − +      −      − = ∑ ∑ = =+ (5) where ijC and iD are material dependent materials calculated trough numerical fitting.
Material properties and element topology Materials All the materials were considered isotropic and linearelastic except the soft tissues [4] and the CPGC that are mechanically characterized by a non-linear elastic behaviour as seen in Table 1.

The demands for a laser material processing for cutting hard, soft, ferrous and non-ferrous materials precisely has lead to the establishment of a few laser job shop in Malaysia.
Setup is needed when the laser machine switches between types, sizes and thicknesses of cutting materials, and the machine setup, i.e. the parameters setting depends on the current and immediately following jobs [1].
Besides, setup time can be lengthy when preparing to cut unfamiliar materials if the parameters like power, optical focal length, assist gas, gas pressure, and speed are not set correctly, the material cannot be cut.

The main components of the foundry waste sand and slag generated by casting are siliceous and calcareous granular materials, which meet the needs of engineering construction materials, they have a broad application prospect.
Meanwhile, the engineering construction needs a lot of raw materials, the granular and powdered materials account for the larger proportion in it, while the composition of foundry waste sand and slag is siliceous and calcareous granular material, which is very suitable for engineering construction.
In recent years, the research of foundry waste sand as a building material is more, basically it is to be used for building materials.
In Japan and America, through a series of sieving, magnetic separation, etc, slag can be used as road base material with building materials according to certain gradation.
An overview on beneficial reuses of waste foundry sand as construction materials.

The model and prototype span decide reduced scale; According to the principle of geometric similarity ,reduce scale of the beam’s section size ; Model’s reinforcement ratio, stirrup ratio are consistent with the prototype ; Model’s reinforced level, concrete intensity is consistent with the prototype; Model’sratio of concrete is in accordance with the ratio of engineering materials.
