The research aspects are mainly from the load and cycle times and material strain, crack propagation analysis of the circumstances of CFRP reinforcement of prestressed concrete beam performance of the contribution of low cycle;
1.2 By comparing the experiment, one purpose is to test the increasing degrees that different amount of carbon fiber reinforced prestressed concrete beams on their strength and flexural cyclic life under cyclic loading increased the degree;
1.3 By comparing the experiment, another purpose is to test the performance difference that damage reinforced beam and reinforcement beams good cyclic.
2 Specimens produced
2.1 Specimen Design
The experiments were designed in four section size, reinforcement of the same specimen, and concrete design strength grade of C40.

Experiment and Discussion
Measurement of Refractive index
Refractive index is an important parameter of transparent material that determines the light propagation speed and the direction in biological tissue.
Research on IntralipidTM solution of different concentration show that scattering coefficient is linear related with concentration in turbid material and in biological tissue.

Adhesion of workpiece material and chipping are dominant wear mechanisms.
In addition, the existence of high cutting temperature and stress at the cutting edge coupled with the brittleness of tool materials may accelerate the chipping of the inserts [7].
