In straightening process for linear guide rail, establishing the mathematical relationship between initial deflections, straightening force, straightening stroke and the support point distance is very important when workpiece materials, cross section shape and initial bending level are known [5].
Meantime, the change on material appearing in elastic-plastic deformation of the guide rail later section should be considered.

Introduction
It has been cognized that the research on the natural biomaterial can lead to unprecedented
understanding for the design of new manmade materials used in medicine, engineering and so on.
This is mainly due to the fact these biological materials are highly organized from molecular to nanometer, and to the macroscopic scale, with various optimized microstructures in shapes, sizes, arrangements and so on [2].
The research on the relation between mechanical properties and microstructures at various scales is important for people to design high-performance man-made materials [3].

amperometric immunosensor with a new method of electropolymerizing SPA to immobilize
antibodies (bio-molecular recognition element) for S. typhimurium detection.
2 Materials and methods
2.1 Preparation of the amperometric transducer
The amperometric immunosensor fabricated with MEMS technology contains a
two-microelectrode system integrated with a SU-8 micro poll on the silicon wafer.
