Introduction
In recent years, steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) and steel fiber reinforced shotcrete (SFRS) have developed rapidly as a kind of novel building materials both in China and abroad.

For the reason that, it is necessary to develop effective techniques for converting the waste residue into more valuable materials [4,5].
Using the calcium silicate residue as the start materials, the pure wollastonite could be synthesized by surfactants modified-calcined process.

This fact is related to the change in the elastic properties in the materials and for a progressive fracture process which leads to the structural failure.
This point represents the transition in the materials state from a first phase with evolutive behaviour of internal microcracks (i.e. in accordance with the earthquake science this phase is characterized by signals known as foreshock) up to a new phase characterized by the coalescence of this one (i.e. in accordance with earthquake science this phase is characterized by signals known as aftershock).
At the critical point, the coexistence of broken links (empties, microcracks) and entire links (ligament), shown an unstable behaviour materials (brittle fracture).

LCP is a anisotropic non-Newtonian fluid, and its rheological properties is significantly different from normal isotropic materials.
Currently, the injection molding is the main processing mean for polymer materials, and it can be used to produce complex shapes.
During the injection process, after the materials filling into the mold cavity, the complex temperature and pressure field will be built and the changing process greatly affect the quality of the final product.
Method and material Theory model.

In this paper, FA-FGD mortar and middle-strength concrete, whose binding materials were discussed in Part I, were manufactured and tested the main performances.
Fig.1 Drying shrinkage (unit: ×10-6mm/mm) of mortar with aging As known, cement-based materials had quite large drying shrinkage at early ages to result in early cracking, affecting the strength development at later ages and also durability.
And moderate more LFA-FGD resulted in higher slump, which was reflected from the increasing slump with the reducing W/B ratio on the ground of the same binding materials used.
