However, the counter materials sliding against NiCr-Cr3C2 coating exhibits significantly high wear rates due to the high sliding coefficient of friction and hardness of NiCr-Cr3C2 coating, which limits the application on rotation devices and other places.
The mixtures of Ni80Cr20-Cr3C2 (70)(wt.%) with average particle diameter less than 45 μm and 10%WS2 were mixed by using a ball miller and used as the pre-placed material.

The Material is CrNiMo (AISI4340), the hardness is 323~370HBW, the gravity of the shaft F3=12N, the spline joint is used on one end of the shaft, the radial force F2=14N which is caused by the eccentric mounting of the rotor spindle.
