Keywords: structural plane;shear characteristic;numerical simulation.
Curve of normal displacement and displacement presents different change with the different size of normal stress , normal displacement and shear displacement increase with the rise of normal stress from the Fig.5.Normal displacement changes only slightly with the slow rise of tangential displacement in the first shear stage.Normal displacement and shear displacement increase in nonlinear relation with the rise of tangential displacement, but normal displacement and shear displacement increase in linear relationship when reaching peak.Shear strength increases quickly indicating that shearing- destroy occurred in structural plane already. 2.Influence of structure plane inhomogeneity to shear test This paper assumes the frictional angle of interface to normal distribution for studying the influence direct shear test to heterogeneity of materials in structure surface.

When the size exceeded a certain value, the material of parts was in the process of accumulating damage gradually, up to a certain extent, the parts would suddenly break.
The cycle number N is interested by accumulation damage degree D of parts, and it is related to the material and loading level of parts.
