Introduction
Currently, sculptures have a wide range of applications, but the NC machining efficiency of sculptures is very low, there are two primary reasons: the first, the sculptured surfaces are complex, the geometric characters and curvatures of the surface change large, the second, the machining of sculptures belongs to brittle and hard materials machining, the machining mills wear seriously.

Key words: Veneer straw composite panels; Straw; Economic benefits
Abstract: Using veneer and Straw shavings two kinds of raw materials to manufacture composite way veneer straw composite panels, Straw is discussed when the shop is the amount of glue, Adhesive proportion factor effect the performance of the veneer, and this kind of plank makes a simple analysis of economic benefit. The results show that: SEM test proves that the API surface diffusion performance is better than that of UF adhesive.
The research content Single raw material of man-made board production process, raw material moisture content and form, the slab of moisture content, density and thickness of plate, sizing amount, hot pressing pressure, temperature and time etc as the main factor.
When two or more composite board material, also need to add raw material proportioning, slab structure, analysing and sizing amount proportion factor as the main factor, etc.
