As a result, cutting tools are commonly worn out due to breaking of material bonds at high temperatures, while the sharp tool edges are chipped due to high stresses.
Thus, the costly experiments with consumptive materials and manpower in cutting tool design are eliminated.

Montmorillonite is an inert and electrically insulating material, which shows unique features of marked cation exchange properties, expandability, taking up of water or organic molecules between their interlayer spaces, thus increasing the d-spacing of the material.[2] By incorporating electrically conductive polymer into the interlayer galleries, the insulating montmorillonite clay may be converted to an electrically conducting nanocomposite materials.
The (001) peak is shifted toward a lower angle (2θ =5.8°) because of the intercalation of PMT material between the MMT layers during composite synthesis (Fig. 2b-c).

Active carbon as the carrier of photocatalytic not only can dispersed active component of the catalyst and also can affect the activity of the catalyst via carbon materials and active component interaction[6-7] due to its high specific surface area, rich pore structure and unique surface chemical properties.
The Cu2O/AC photocatalyst was prepared by a relatively simple liquid method with easy control and cheap raw materials.
