Abstract.
Chemical modification is an important approaches to gain qualified materials.
Materials and methods Materials SPI was purchased from Shandong Linyi Biological Industrial Limited Co.
The plasticizing effect of PEG was good, so it used as a good plasticizer for SPI materials.

Raw Materials
Cementitious Materials.
Placing and Finishing Concrete The chloride-resistant HPC needs good raw materials, the kinds of raw materials are so many, and the water-binder ratio is low.
Each kind of raw materials should be checked up before use.
The performances of raw materials should not only accord with the specification but also keep steady.

Conclusion
The use of materials with a low coefficient of linear expansion is justified from the standpoint of reducing shell mold stress-strain state, and to increase the shell mold crack resistance and provide for possibility of filling the mold with liquid metal without a backing filler, it is recommended to form the layer adjacent to the outer shell layer using materials with physical properties other than that of the materials of the rest shell mold layers.
