Introduction Gallium nitride (GaN) is promising as a next-generation power semiconductor device material for high-temperature, high-frequency, and high-power device applications, due to its excellent properties such as high thermal conductivity, high carrier mobility, and high chemical stability.
The material removal efficiency was calculated and determined by measuring the SWLI measurement data.

Moreover, some researchers treated the viscoelastic material (VEM), which was called free damping layer, on the host shell to improve the acoustic performance of these immersed structures [3].
Nevertheless, because the dissipation energy is dependent on the tension-compression deformation of the free damping layer, the damping capacity of the material was poor.
