In this paper, firstly we utilize the elastic model, which provides the simplest representation of material behavior in civil engineering.
Then the Mohr-Coulomb model is used which can represent shear failure in soils and rocks in civil engineering and geotechnical engineering.
Introduction Many studies have been done on the characteristic of stratified rock mass[1,2], which is widely existing in the geotechnical engineering and civil engineering.
All of the study will be meaningful and useful in civil engineering.

Materials are the material condition of civil construction, while the material quality is the foundation of engineering quality.
(IV) Construction environment factor There are many environmental factors that may influence the quality of civil construction, like the engineering technological environment, for instance, the engineering geology, hydrology, weather, etc. engineering management environment, for instance, the quality guarantee system, quality management system, etc. labor environment, for instance, labor combination, abor tools, labor surface, etc.
Necessary protection measures shall be taken in the construction process, for guaranteeing that the products of civil construction will not be destroyed by human factors.
To launch the quality control for civil engineering project management and maximize the economic and social benefit of project investment will be the demand of owners and construction market, as well as the development demand of the construction unit.
Training aimed at implementing of CRM in the civil engineering sector should comprise the following: - Civil engineering material salesmen; - Civil engineering service salesmen; - Sales managers in civil engineering companies; - Employees in sales services of the civil engineering companies; In case all civil engineering companies want more success in sales, improving working systems, if they wish to increase productivity and volume of sales, then CRM is one of the most convenient strategies.
Namely, selling civil engineering companies will be more successful if working on sales is better organized.
Summary CRM is a relatively new abbreviation which appears in modern civil engineering sector.
CRM in civil engineering requires business philosophy which is directed towards the client (buyer), as well and culture of civil engineering company as a support to the processes of sales, marketing and services to the clients.
Damage diagnosis of civil engineering structures has become one of the hot spots of the current international research in the field of Civil Engineering. This article describes the tasks and objectives of structural damage detection in civil engineering, systematically expounded the civil engineering structural damage diagnosis describes the traditional methods of structural damage diagnosis, static methods and dynamic methods, and evaluated their respective advantages and disadvantages. Finally, the study made several suggestions and Prospects for structural damage detection.

We study the FRTP laminates products for civil engineering and its mechanical properties and the application situation at home and abroad.
In the process of civil engineering construction, although the precast shapes of materials can meet the common needs, some special circumstances require that the material must have two forming ability field, namely in the construction site according to the structural requirements will material made of curved bar or plate, which is FRSP materials can not possess.

At the same time, combined with the characteristics of civil engineering applications on the FRTP bar, take measures such as strenghening and sandblasting on its steel surface to increase its capacity to bond with concretein is the main content of the research in the future.
ICRMCE (International Conference on Rehabilitation and Maintenance in Civil Engineering) is a triennial event started since 2009 to provide a forum for researchers, academicians (lecturers and students), government agencies, consultants and contractors to exchange experiences, technological advancement and innovation related to materials and technologies in construction, methods and techniques of rehabilitation and maintenance of buildings, earthquake resistance of structures and buildings, transportation engineering and project management in modern construction.
The 3rd ICRMCE was hosted by the Civil Engineering Department, Sebelas Maret University on 19-21 November 2015 in Solo (Surakarta), Indonesia.
The papers presented in this conference discussed various aspects that contribute to the development of sustainable technologies in creation of the civil infrastructures.
Engineering Hydrogeology, Geotechnical Engineering, Concrete, Structures, Earthquake Resistance, Transportation Engineering, Project Management in Construction
The ICCASCE is an annual International Conference on Civil, Architectural, Structural and Constructional Engineering.
Organized by the Dong-A University, ICCASCE 2016 continues to highlight the relationship between the fundamental and applied research, respectively the technological transfer in the fields of Civil, Architectural, Structural and Constructional Engineering.
The aim of ICCASCE 2016 were the presentation of the latest research and results of scientists related to Civil, Architectural, Structural and Constructional Engineering topics.
From the outset the future professionals in the field of civil engineering get access to their first course “Prospective university students of Civil Engineering Institute”.
