The cross section of the air journal bearing is shown in Fig. 3.
So the clearance of 15µm is suitable for this air journal bearing.
So the gear number of 12 is not suitable for this air journal bearing.

This process was economical to cut complex products and difficult-to-machine materials.
Unlike traditional cutting and grinding processes, which rely on the force generated by a harder tool or abrasive material to remove the softer work-material, WEDM is a thermoelectric process that erodes workpiece material by a series of discrete electrical sparks between the workpiece and electrode flushed by or immersed in dielectric fluid.
The hardness and strength of the difficult-to-machine materials are no longer the dominating factors that hinder the machining process [2].

The proposed function allows extension theory in the areas of materials science and engineering science with a broader scope.
Introduction Recently, extension theory founded by Professor Cai Wen, a Chinese scholar, has been applied in many fields such as machinery, manufacturing, materials and automation [1-5].
The dependent function can enlarge the application in many fields such as materials science and engineering science.

Characteristics of the Straight Fluted Journal Bearing Profile Fig.1 Cross section of the water-lubricated rubber journal bearing Fig. 2 Geometry local graph of the water-lubricated rubber journal bearing The water-lubricated rubber journal bearing is a multi-wedge-shape-gap flutes bearing.
The special bearing profile is decided by its material and work properties and has great advantages: It is easy to form water films because the transitions between water grooves and load curve are soft arc curves.

Here, the effects of the material and the multi-disciplinary coupling are ignored and the only thing to be done is to show the importance of the shape function.
