The imitation opals seen in vintage jewelry are often foiled glass, glass-based, or later plastic materials.
The obtained materials, aimed for opal imitation, were characterized and compared with the natural ones.
It is interesting to note that the appearance of the sintering materials is very similar to the natural common opal.
The sinter materials were compared with a natural opal.
It is a great potential for such materials with novel functionalities for artificial gemstone application.

In fact, China has the standard requirements, petroleum substances is: when detecting oil content with the infrared spectrophotometer what is extracted with carbon tetrachloride, is not magnesium silicate absorption, and wave number of 2930cm-1, 2960 cm-1, 3030 cm-1 in whole or in part of the department has characteristic absorption bands of the material.
The animal and plant oil content means that the oil content by infrared spectrophotometer, the carbon tetrachloride extraction, and adsorption by magnesium silicate material, animal and plant oil content and oil content of the sum of substances, known as the oil content.

Quality Analysis of Patent Law to Protect Computer Software.Because a computer programs computation method, has the functional ,so, patent law can protect computer software in the most core value of the creative methods and computer software source code; At the same time, because the term of protection of patent is 20 years (in most countries), the deadline is close to the actual economic life of the computer software, therefore, it’s not only conducive to promote the progress of science and technology, but also to avoid the expiration, backward technology hinders the development of the software industry.

Using zirconium oxychloride hydrate ( ZrOCl2·8H2O) and ammonia water (NH3·H2O) as raw materials, and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (NH4H2PO4) as additives, tetragonal zirconia (t-ZrO2) with size range of 8–12 nm were prepared by coprecipitation method under hydrothermal conditions.
Therefore, it has attracted much attention as a functional material like ceramic materials, fuel cell and automotive gas sensors, etc [1–3].
