Introduction Gallium nitride (GaN) is promising as a next-generation power semiconductor device material for high-temperature, high-frequency, and high-power device applications, due to its excellent properties such as high thermal conductivity, high carrier mobility, and high chemical stability.
The material removal efficiency was calculated and determined by measuring the SWLI measurement data.
