In this study, the real values of Young’s module (E) and Poisson’s ratio (ν) of materials were used to quantitatively calculate.
The initial θ0 of materials of welding seam, heat-affected zone and base metal (16MnDR) with zero-stress were detected to analyze influence of quantitative calculation.
In the study described here, the real Young’s module (E) and Poisson’s ratio (ν) of materials were used to quantitatively calculate.
Materials respectively cut from welding seam, heat affected zone and base metal were treated in furnace for stress relief annealing.
Besides, in order to test the WRS of spherical tank, more materials should be studied to analyze the influence for quantitative analysis.

The kinds and qualities of raw materials, which has a total comes to 17 factors, has been considered as the independent variables.
The factors that affect concrete strength, according to the previous results, including use levels and quality indexes of all kinds of raw materials(Neville 1986)[1].
Table 1 Selected independent variables Raw material Selected KQI Raw material Selected KQI Cement 3-days compressive strength, 28-days compressive strength Coarse aggregate nominal maximum size, crush index, elongated particles Fly ash water demand ratio water reducer Air entraining content Slag 7-days activity index 28-days activity index water - Fine aggregate fineness modulus, silt content Rough sets method The rough set, firstly described by a Polish computer scientist Z.Pawlak, is a formal approximation of a crisp set (i.e., conventional set) in terms of a pair of sets which give the lower and the upper approximation of the original set.
