Effect of Concentration of Iron Oxide on Crystallization Behavior in Leadless Iron Oxide Crystalline Glaze Supakorn Silakate1,a, Anucha Wannagon2,b and Apinon Nuntiya3,c 1Department of Physics and Materials Science Faculty of Science, Chiang Mai University Chiang Mai, Thailand 2National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC), Thailand Science Park Pathumthani, Thailand 3Department of Industrial Chemistry Faculty of Science, Chiang Mai University Chiang Mai, Thailand assilakate@gmail.com, banuchaw@mtec.or.th, cnuntiyaapinon@gmail.com Keywords: Leadless glaze, Iron oxide, Crystallization, Crystal growth Abstract.
The increasing concentration of Fe2O3 has provided Fe3+ cations form octahedral sites in glaze structure, which then cause crystallization of glaze and increase the viscosity of the glaze.

A direct reaction between aluminum, silicon, boron, and transition metals with nitrogen at elevated N2 pressures is more complicated than a gasless synthesis and therefore an in-depth understanding of concentration and temperature fields, inside a porous solid structure, is needed to predict reaction conditions which would guarantee a complete conversion.
