LSP is to use intense laser and suitable overlays to generate high intense shock waves on the surface of work-piece, driving the compressive residual stresses deep into the subsurface materials.
Compressive residual stresses are significantly influenced by thickness of materials, and the maximal residual stress was -500MPa~ -550 MPa at surface of 6 mm-thickness specimen.

Traditional techniques mostly take lime; lime-fly ash and cement-lime-fly ash as soil stabilizer [5], the ratio of solidified materials depend on the different salt content.
Based on the current poor engineering properties of saline soil, combined with the needs of roadbed fillers and low-grade rural road construction, how to find economically reasonable and effective curing materials with matched technologies is the key to solve the shortage of road construction materials in saline soil areas.
This paper configured a waste-based soil solidification material (hereinafter referred to as FD solidification agent) to achieve good solidification of saline soil based on the high activity waste materials and the principle of geological polymerization.
