Through adding certain percentage of hard phase (such as WC-Co powder) into the self-fluxing alloy powder (such as NiCrBSi alloy powder),preparing high-performance wear-resistant coating composite have made some progress by high temperature melting and sintering[3-4].However, such materials easily affected by different factors (such as the brazing temperature, holding time, solder, base metal conditions, etc) and bring various defects (such as porosity, inclusions, not drill through, cracking and corrosion, etc.) in high temperature brazing process, which blocking its further promotion in the engineering field.
This will not only ensure the solder material with the full effect with matrix, but also make the base metal not dissolving too much.

Fig. 1 Section dimensions of the PC channel bridge with three girders(mm) Finite Element Model Units and Materials The concrete is simulated by the SOLID65 element.
The most important aspect of this element is the treatment of nonlinear material properties.
Figure 2 shows the finite element model of the PC channel bridge with three girders, and the size and material properties of the model are the same as the prototype.
