Though conventional mechanism is also conducted by static strength check, yet it still use safety factor to reduce the ultimate stress from fracture strength (For brittle materials or occasions allowing the plastic deformation) or yield strength (for ductile materials or occasions not allowing the plastic deformation) to allowable strength.
After analysis, in the condition of uniaxial fatigue, for the materials suffering from constant amplitude of cyclic loading, the occurring of the fatigue has the limitation of the minimum times.
