Introduction Air pollution caused by road traffic has been one of the major problems in our urban areas.
In despite of the requirements of intensifying emission control and the increasing installation of emission reduction systems, the continual traffic growth has raised more concerns over the effect of traffic emissions on human health and urban environmental quality.

The Administrations are responsible for maintenance and repair of less important roads and roads with not so dense traffic.
Each criterion is viewed in terms of four aspects: § transport connections (a wide transport context, hierarchy, accordance with the Master/Zoning Plan), § building and technical condition of the roads and facilities, § operating characteristics (traffic intensity, heavy transport, number of accidence, traffic congestions at crossings), § economic aspects (associated investments, payback period).
Condition of the undermined roads It is clear from the figure above that the undermining effects are quite extensive - they reduce operation safety, comfort and function.
It is, however, necessary to arrange that low costs will not influence the operation safety.

ITS can effectively use existing traffic facilities, reduce the traffic load and environmental pollution, ensure traffic safety, enhance the transport efficiency.
Typical applications include e-Plates plan in England and Berlin traffic information collection plan in Germany.
RFID can be used in the urban traffic network or highway network monitoring. as a processing platform of spatial data, GIS can fuse real-time traffic information acquired by RFID and achieve management of objects logistics in the future.
Recently, International Standardization Organization(IOS) has announced a new standard of RFID for supply chain applications, which will help manufacturers track products better.

Take the terminal 3 of Beijing Capital International Airport as a case study, the field investigation results show that the precision of model reached 87.25%.
Matching Sketch Map Monitor Model of Unoccupied Taxis at Transportation Hubs The supply area of BCIA T3 (short for the terminal 3 of Beijing Capital International Airport) is the underground parking lot.
The precision of the monitor model was 87.25% and it would provide reliable systematic support when there comes up large traffics such as traffic peak or severe weathers.

The newly established New Car Assessment Program for Southeast Asian Countries (ASEAN NCAP) has incorporated Safety Assist Technologies (SATs) in its automobile safety rating scheme.
Identify each safety feature.
Determine the types of crashes potentially influenced by the safety feature.
On the other hand, this analysis is very sensitive to the amount of cost set in the calculation and also estimation of their influence and effectiveness (referenced to international research instead of domestic).

Road safety is of high importance in our modern life in terms of social and economic.
Introduction The traffic accidents, major public health problems, are one of the leading causes death and traumatisms in the world.
This can be considered as an important possibility to optimize and to determinate the tolerances limits of the head safety helmet.

Rail dark spot defect, also termed as squat failure or shelling, is a rolling contact fatigue failure which occurs frequently on the high speed traffic railway rails.
There are many parameters that have a significant influence on the crack initiation and propagation of the crack (geometry of the rail and the wheel, loading of the wheel, traction forces, residual stress field in the rail, train velocity, traffic density, weather conditions etc.).
Each of these parameters increase rail Rolling Contact Fatigue (RCF) damage, raise maintenance costs and affect railway traffic safety.

When designing the pipe network calculations, traffic early points may choose to consider the tube length and the method of least squares flow distribution and diameter of choice, help to improve pipeline safety and economy.
In this selection of water supply pipeline is calculated by the thermal heat flow heating network to provide the heat needed to be converted into node user traffic, users will be heating network to heat hot water supply heat flux converted into nodes in the cluster traffic.
Node and pipe segment number, diameter, equivalent pipe length and node traffic, respectively, as shown in the concentrate flow injection, the required freedom head node for 16m.
