Strong anisotropy of physical and mechanical properties of Potassium Dihydrogen
Phosphate (KDP) crystals significantly affects surface quality during processing the samples.
At the same, Anisotropy of mechanical and physical properties of KDP crystal also significantly affects surface quality during processing the samples.
It is well known that the anisotropic nature of mechanical properties of single crystal is responsible for its structure.
Elastic modulus and microhardness is one of mechanical properties to estimate elasticity and plasticity of crystal materials.
Ductile depth of cut is also quite different due to different mechanical properties along different orientations on KDP (001).

Eventually, three samples presenting the best in all mechanical properties were chosen to investigate thermal conductivity by ASTM C177.
The thermal conductivity of the NR composite foams according to ASTM C177 was finally discussed after investigating other physical and mechanical properties.
It should be noted that the specimen’s shape, thickness and density are critical factors that interfere with the flow of heat during the measurement.
The increased amount of the reinforcing agent resulted in a significant improvement in overall mechanical properties.
The bigger particle size of the ground rice husk enhanced the mechanical properties of all NR composite foam except for the compressive strength.

By means of analyzes the differences of mechanical properties between railway wagon with cold bending centre sill steel and common cold-formed steel, to study the differences resilience by different materials, final this given the forming principle and molding pass of cold bending centre sill.
The deformation stress of cold-formed steel have concerned with many factors, such as: different material, different of section shape, different forming method all affect the analysis of deformation and stress.
In order to more easily design roller, should omitted and processing for certain parameters, if these parameters processing undeserved, which can affect the quality of roll design.
Materials and springback analysis Materials parameter analysis Metal materials affect physical properties, especially the forming of elastic-plastic properties.
At the study of deformation mechanism, we may omit some parameters, that to be easy calculation at the derivation process, thus it affected the accuracy of deformation mechanism analysis, after add multiAgent systems, that it adopts the intelligentized supplement and correction, which can compensate for the loss, and increase the accuracy.

A loss of mechanical properties was observed for the pre-corroded samples and presumably attributed to the absorption, the diffusion and the trapping of hydrogen which affects a volume under the surface of the alloy and modifies its mechanical properties.
The hydrogen effect during SCC tests was evaluated by measuring the residual mechanical properties of the alloy after pre-exposure to an aggressive environment.
Mechanical Properties of the 7046-T4 Aluminium Alloy.
The mechanical properties of the 7046-T4 alloy are given in Table 2.
The evolution of the mechanical properties after pre-exposure to chloride solution was linked to a change in the fracture mode.

With the same maximum particle size as ZCS1 and ZCS2, the mechanical properties of ZCS3 are increased.
In one word, the shape of aggregate is an important factor influencing the properties of SCC.
The properties of SCC affected with different shape of aggregate were tests based on the reference shape index value.
At the same time, as a result of better workability, the mechanical properties obviously increase.
Conclusions (1) The coarse aggregate grading remarkably influence the workability and mechanical properties of SCC.

The final forging quality effected by different perform structures of blade body are analyzed in details through comparing some key factors such as formability, deformation uniformity, loss of heat before deformation.
The numerical values of equivalent strain are affected by curvature of the cavity.
During the range of plasticity, large deformation degree is contributed torefine the internal organization of metal and improve forging mechanical properties.
Non-homogeneous deformation often leads to duplex grain structure and worsens the forging mechanical properties.
Low temperature will seriously affect the metal flow and forming quality of forging.
