Introduction
In the field of machine tool manufacturing, cast iron has been playing an important role as the main materials of the machine bed.
With the development of high-precision and high speed machine tool, the higher demands for the materials of machine bed are brought forward.
It not only adopts the advantages of the both materials but also abandons their drawbacks[1-3].
Fig.4 shows harmonic response analysis of the three different materials 52459 nodes in the direction of UX under the effect of exciting force (52283 nodes).

In electrodischarge machining (EDM) material is removed thanks to phenomena connected with electrical discharges between workpiece and electrode tool (material melting and evaporation).
Such way of material removal cause, that machinability is not connected with mechanical properties of machined material, what makes EDM as an efficient method for shaping difficult-to-cut conducted materials (hardened steel, carbides, composite materials, ceramics).
In 3D-ECMM material is removed by electrode with a three dimensional movement.

Introduction
An important advantage of thermoplastics is that they can be remelted, thus it is a relatively simple
task to recycle these type of materials.
It seems to be reasonable to add additive materials to these fibers that increases the flame resistance.
Experimental materials SKYPET BL8050 PET copolymer was used as the raw material for the investigations.

Reclaiming heat, treating exhaust gas by flue gas treatment system to reach the discharge standard, and using waste as building materials.
Considering low applicability of processing technology for raw materials and defects between various kinds of processing methods, two or more technologies should be used in combination with each other in future processing technologies to compensate for the shortcomings of the single processing technology and find a more economic and reasonable approach.
