They are gradually replacing classic metals as preferred materials for aircraft load-bearing components, enabling lightweight, high-performance, and cost-effective structures.
The complexity of materials and processes leads to inevitable defects during manufacturing and service [2].
The bottom boundary was assigned interfacial cohesive boundary conditions to ensure perfect bonding between adjacent layers, facilitating accurate acoustic transmission across materials.
The model primarily consists of two materials: the CFRP solid mechanics module and the water coupling layer.

Introduction
Expanded polystyrene (EPS) geofoam is a lightweight polymeric material which is made by expansion of raw plastic beads [1].
The role of EPS as an innovative lightweight building material is now well recognized due to its low density, but high compressive and rupture strength.
The journal files provide an easy alternative to writing Python scripts from scratch.
One may simply define a model in CAE and then save the Python commands from the recover or journal files as a separate script file.

Functional failure analysis (FFA) method can get the information of sensors, failure modes and effects mainly through analyzing the energy, materials and data flow of system.
These variables are divided into material class variables, energy class variables, and information class variables.

4 Calculation and Analysis of the Starting Condition Temperature Field on Piston
4.1Determination of Initial Conditions and Boundary Conditions
(1) Analysis of the temperature of each point of the surface
In the starting process of diesel engine, it need to spend a long time. the research problem is from a stable state to another stable state. which is a continuous process, due to the thermal inertia effect of materials, the heat transferring of piston will go through to the temperature field for a long time to reach the steady state[6].
