On account of high solubility and low viscosity of hyperbranched polymers, it is possible to find their use in crosslinking processes to explore available polymer materials in industry.
Polyurethanes (PUs) are unique polymeric materials with a wide range of physical and chemical properties [3,4].
Recently, hyperbranched polymers have been used as the ascrosslinking agents to synthesize the PU and other materials [5-7].
Up till now, however, few attempts have been made to prepare the waterborne hyperbranched polyurethane materials and their application in applied fields especiallyin coatings and adhesives is rarely reported.

Homogeneous distribution of ceramic particles in a fine grained matrix can yield good mechanical and wear resistance properties of composite materials.
Hence, wear resistance of soft materials can be improved by developing a composite layer near the surface region, which can exhibit enhanced wear and erosion resistance without degrading toughness.

By adding appropriate amount of rubber particles, it can significantly improve mortar performance such as the brittleness, the sound absorption, the heat insulation performance, the impact resistance and the durability of the cement-based materials on the basis of keeping the mortar’s mechanical properties [2].
The construction technology of the crumb rubber modified cement-based materials is simple, so it has good popularization and application prospects.
Experiments Materials and properties The performance indexes of grade 42.5 ordinary Portland cement are shown in Table 1.
Thus the material reduces strength, produces deformation cracks and even affects the structural work.

Abstract.
In order to circumvent these difficulties, a virtual microstructure generator to simulate a specific 3D material microstructure is proposed.
During the development of a microstructurally based material model a set of different input parameters are required for validation and optimization.
Once validated and with the boundary conditions checked, it is also useful to look for optimum microstructures when one wants to design a material.
