Abstract: Mine high voltage power supply equipment on the hot temperature is too high, easy to cause the gas explosion accident, however the hot spot monitoring infrared thermometer surrounding is the existence of a large number of induced magnetic field,which influenced the temperature measurement accuracy, According to the infrared thermometer casing electromagnetic leakage, the shielding enclosure material of the infrared thermometer selected silicon steel, lens window electromagnetic leakage has become the main cause of the decline of electromagnetic shielding effectiveness.
Based on the actual project needs, we select silicon steel for the shielding material of the shell, which has the advantages of large permeability.
,are the magnetic conductivity and relative electric conductivity of the silicon steel copper,and we can find that ,.when setting the thickness of the electromagnetic shield, in theory, the thicker the better about the shielding shell, however, for practical projects, as long as the thickness of shielding material is 1.5 times of the thickness which frequency enter the shielding material ,that is enough, The thickness of the frequency into of the material is considered by the formula: =3mm, the thickness of shielding material available is so as to 4.5mm.

Abstract.
The control scheme makes raw material of aluminum sheet feeding, punching, shearing, winged, tube expanding process to form a whole, which improved the efficiency of the production line and the processing precision.
Automatic production line for fin the tube described in this article makes the raw material of aluminum feeding, stamping, shearing, wings and gets a tube to form a whole, which can improve the automation of finned tube production greatly.
At the same time, it can effectively improve the product processing precision and reduce the waste of raw materials.
