Based on these investigations the tool steel characteristics hardness, thermal conductivity as well as chemical composition have been identified as possible influencing factors on the tribological conditions.
Methodology and Experimental Setup The aim of this study is to identify tool-sided influencing factors on the tribological conditions within hot stamping.
Tool surface properties.
In general, the chemical compositions of the investigated tool steels, the hardness as well as the thermal conductivity could be influencing factors on the friction behavior.

However, the titanium alloy has the properties of low elastic modulus, high elastic deformation and low thermal conductivity, which reduce the machined surface quality [1-4].
Therefore, the main factors that affect the cutting force are not only the characteristics of the material itself, but also the tool wear, cutting conditions, etc
But as the cutting speed increased further (higher cutting speeds), thermal softening effect is not the single factor which affected cutting force, strength of materials increased resulting in the decrease of cutting forces and the trend became slow.
As shown in Figure 9, tool wear is one of the important factors that affects the cutting temperature.

Moreover, results show that the energy consumption of the process can be reduced by reducing processing time without affecting the produced laminate's structural properties.
A processing time of 6.44 minutes was determined by using a cascading Hybrid approach intelligent as the minimum time that can be used without affecting the interlaminar shear strength.
PiP and Pig are the particle best position and the global best particle position, respectively. c1 and c2 are social factors. r1i and r2i are randomly generated between 0 and 1.

Several groups of experiments were carried out to investigate the effect of the specimen configuration and the loading speed on the tensile properties.
Mechanical properties in tension are very important to establish the material properties for structural design, installation and maintenance [1].
Since there isn't any standard for the multi-axial tensile testing, the factors, such as the configuration of the specimen and the loading speed, which might affect the testing results were investigated.
This shows that the mechanical properties in warp direction of the coated membrane materials play an important role in the tensile failure under multi-axial loads, whatever the initial crack length and the crack orientation is.
This emphasizes the importance of the tensile properties in warp direction when the coated membrane materials are suffering from multi-axial tensile loads.

Because Box-Behnken design has fewer design points, they are less expensive to run than central composite designs with the same number of factors.
Box-Behnken Design also ensures that all factors are never set at their high levels simultaneously [12 - 14]. 3.
The material properties of the workpiece are listed in Table 1.
After the preliminary investigation, the suitable levels of the factors are used in the statistical software to deduce the design parameters for acrylic sheets, which is also listed in Table 2.

As the key parts, the blades aerodynamic characteristic effects the system properties.
It absorbs energy from airflow, and the turbine transforms kinetic energy to mechanical energy.
As the key parts, the blades aerodynamic characteristics affect the system properties.
When people design RAT, they always use lift coefficient, drag coefficient and attack angle to describe the aerofoil aerodynamic properties, so they can design the turbine geometry, and compute the turbine aerodynamic properties.
Taking into account the workload factors, we select one propeller pitch angle.
