Materials.
The powdery mixed materials were loaded into sic crucible by a tubular way, and outer and inner of the tube were filled with coal.
Coal mixed with raw ore hereinafter refers to inner coal; Coal out the tubular mixed materials hereinafter refers to outer coal.
This Tunnel kiln was being used to produce DRI (Direct Reduction Iron) with iron scale as raw materials at that time.
Mixed materials went through three stages in the Tunnel kiln, including 12h preheating, 12h heat preservation and 25h cooling.

Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) were controlled successfully with the AC coating material so that it proved both particular and gaseous contaminants can be treated with this AC-coated electrostatic precipitator.
