This product is composed of metal and plastic materials.
Although the insert molding process can greatly improve the assembly and manufacturing procedure, the joining of two different materials is the key problem yet to be solved.
Driven by the demands on the functionality and appearance design, the optimal option of the designers is assembly and molding of parts of different materials.
The strength of diving regulator is more important between metal and plastic materials among these metal-plastic products.
The regulator is made of PC/ABS material, the mold is made of S45C material, and the male, female cores and slider made of ASSAB 718 materials.

In this study, the material of the tubesheet is 16Mn (low alloy steel) and the materials of the tubes is No. 10 or 20 steel ((low carbon steel).
These materials are most commonly used to construct heat exchanger.
In this paper, double linear model was used to represent the stress-strain relations of the joint materials.

Although after diameter increases in unit of time to squeeze the materials will be increased.
But extruder not screw conveyor Screw besides extrusion materials, also plastic for extrusion, stirring, shear, make its plastic change.
Therefore reducer appearance a big weight means more than the consumption of materials, manufacturing, by use of bearing is larger also, therefore reducer appearance a big weight means more than the consumption of materials, manufacturing, by use of bearing is larger also, make manufacturing costs.

Finite element model 2.1 Constitutive model of the material To ensure correctness and reliability of the dynamic physics simulation results, the material model should be carefully selected[1,2].
The constitutive model of material is adopted Johnson-Cook model, which is a dynamic constitutive model proposed by Johnson and Cook in 1983
During the cutting process, material mesh within the cutting local region will experience violent distortion due to the high temperature and large deformation.

Microstructure and Strengthening Mechanism of TiCp/ZA-12 Composites Wang Xiang1,a and Guobing Ying1,b 1 Center for Biomedical Materials and Engineering, Harbin Engineering University, China awangxiang@hrbeu.edu.cn, byingguobing@yahoo.com.cn Keywords: TiCp/ZA-12 composites, Microstructure, Strengthening mechanisms Abstract.
The present study aims at investigating the microstructure and the evaluation of the mechanical properties like tensile strength, yield strength, elastic modulus and hardness of the TiCp/ZA-12 composites in views of these being very vital properties of a structural material.
The reason is mainly that when the content of TiC particles exceeds some extent, material fluidity reduces and microscopic shrinkages form because of shrinking difficulty of the solidification process.
Eq.2 indicates that refining subgrain or crystal grain can increase flow stress cσ obviously, thereby increase the intensity of materials.

Introduction Additive manufacturing (AM) technologies create three-dimensional (3D) parts layer-by-layer of materials in a pattern guided by a digital model.
With the demand for complex-shaped parts increasing, Laser Powder Bed Fusion (L-PBF), the leading AM technology for metallic materials, opens new possibilities.
The RAM technology can be used to make a variety of materials, but it is particularly well suited for reactively synthesizing ceramic reinforcements in metal matrix composites.
However, the two materials are characterized by different fatigue performance with L-PBF Al2024-RAM2 showing longer lives for a given applied stress than L-PBF AlSi10Mg.
· Al2024-RAM2 alloy contains strengthening particles on the base of Cu and Mn, which are typical for conventionally produced materials, too.
