Introduction Having a special feature of facture toughness despite the hardness, polycrystalline composite diamond (PCD) materials are widely used for cutting tools.
At the same time, many problems have been reported in processing the PCD by grinding or electrodischarge machining, since PCD itself is one of the most difficult to machine materials.
The authors have attempted in their previous researches to improve the efficiency in machining ferrous materials by giving various types of ultrasonic vibration modes to the electrode [2].

Therefore, replacing the sand with alternate materials with better thermal conductivity, like steel balls improves the Heat transfer rate and reduces the solidification time of casting.
The medium steel shots mould material poses optimum permeability and packing, thereby the metallurgical and mechanical properties are found to be better than the finer and coarser steel shots mould materials. 4.

High frequency induction heating is one of the heating sources, which is very effective for conductive materials such as metals.
Materials with green densities below 70.0 % of the theoretical value are not suitable to be effectively sintered via induction heating, especially if high sintering temperatures are sought.
