Adding the intensifier particulate into the matrix materials has been the main method to enhance the material properties.
Some methods have been developed to simulate the heterogeneous materials.

The combination of elastic stretching and compressive stress generation causes the material to develop a compound, convex curvature on the peened side.
The values of process parameters which produce the required surface curvature and material strengthening in a given super-element are identified experimentally by processing sample-plates of 100x19x2mm in size made of equivalent material as the final part and measuring the geometry changes [4].
Having identified the relationship which describes the stress variation through the material thickness it becomes possible to determine the integral distribution of deformation forces and the corresponding bending moments through the plastic deformation of the material by forming equations (16) and (17)

Prepare the next carbonization. 2.3 Theoretical study on biomass pyrolysis process Selection of experimental materials Biomass is mainly composed of three elements C, H, O, therefore, the molecular formula can be expressed as CxHyOz.At the beginning, the furnace contains a certain amount of air.
Long heating time, will make the material ash content increased.

Fabrication of SiC and SiC/ aluminum-silicon Composites from Rattan Charcoal Yung-Jen Lin*, Xiao-Wen Lo Department of Materials Engineering, Tatung University, Taipei 104, Taiwan * yjlin@ttu.edu.tw (corresponding author) Key words: SiC, composite, rattan, bioceramic, Al alloy Abstract.
Introduction Fabrication of ceramics with structures of bio-organics has attracted much attention in recent years.[1-3] Many bio-materials such as bones, shells, fish scales and several kinds of plants are used as templates for bio-structured ceramics.[4-6] Because the bio-materials contain carbon, carbides and their composites are the most popular ceramics fabricated from bio-materials.
During the synthesis, the structure of the bio-materials is retained.
