The chosen materials were AA6060 aluminum for the base material and 1.4310 for the steel wire reinforcement.
Both are coupled by the materials viscosity that was considered by the use of a sine-hyperbolic material law based on the Zener-Holomon parameter [7].

Introduction There reinforced concrete is the material widespread used in the field of civil engineering.
Based on referencing many former achievements and materials, the paper develops uses the strength degradation model[7]: (4) Where is the mean value of concrete strengths at t; the mean value of steel bar at t; is coefficient variation of the concrete strengths at t;is coefficient variation of steel bar at t; is the mean value of concrete strengths at t=0; is the initial mean value of steel bar at t=0; is coefficient variation of the concrete strengths at t=0; is coefficient variation of steel bar at t=0 Establishment of the Function Probability Density with time To establishing the Function Probability Density with time, the equal probability principle is applied to transform the random variables of Non-normal Distributions into random variables following Gaussian distributions and the Solution of Cauchy Problem is studied.

Introduction As substances’ dimension reducing to nanometer level, its characteristic ranging from electricity, magnetism to chemical features would emerge as renewed form, for its increased specific surface area, the quantum effect coming to dominate the properties of the materials and so forth[2][3].
If these nanowires connected with the substrate, many speciality such as the detection of chemical materials and its resonance characteristic would be in vain.
And the future orientations lie in may field such as the combination with biology and medical science, which may attribute a great deal to the detection of protein or even virus[11][12].
