According to previous research, it can be concluded that under proper low temperature bond ratio and sintering parameters, diamond grinding wheels show good performance in processing specific materials.
Fig. 2 shows powder accumulation graph corresponding to different wetting agent in 3wt% used in forming materials.
So, using resin liquid as wetting agent in 4wt%～5wt% adding to forming materials can result in the best formability, green and finished abrasive segments bending strength.
