Abstract.
At present, most post environmental impact assessments of China Water Conservancy and hydropower development and construction projects are impacted on individual project, such as Yang Lake pumped-storage power station in Tibet China, Fengjiashan Reservoir Engineering in Shanxi, the Yellow River Sanmenxia water conservancy hub etc.Up to now, post environmental impact assessment impacted on large basins hydropower development project is only carried out two times in the southwest region of China and the upper reaches of the Yellow River in 2006 to 2008 years.
(9) 3 Post environmental assessment of Yuanshui basin cascade hydropower engineering project 3.1 Profile of river basin Yuanshui is one of the four water of Dongting lake.

Abstract.
Instruction Here the cellular steel column is a tubular steel member, particularly related to a method for opening steel tube column in civil engineering.
But the study on the seismic performance of this new kind of structure is not perfect, so this paper on the seismic performance of finite element analysis of joint of cellular steel column and steel beam will provide a theoretical basis for the new joint of the steel column properties for further research and engineering application.
ABAQUS simulation analysis and detailed annotation in engineering case[M].
