Abstract: (R)-methyl 2-((tert-butoxycarbonyl)amino)-3-((tert-butyldimethylsilyl)thio)propanoate, an key intermediate of the natural product Biotin which is a water-soluble vitamin, involved in an essential part of the metabolic cycle causing catalytic fixation of carbon dioxide in the biosynthesis of fatty acids, sugars, and α-amino acids, was synthesized from L-cystine in overall yield 67% through three steps, which synthesis included esterification
Synthesis of the key intermediate (5) of Biotin Our synthetic route of the intermediate (5) which was synthesized from the low-cost material L-cystine was illustrated in Figure 1.
Conclusions We have synthesized (R)-methyl-2-((tert-butoxycarbonyl)amino)-3-((tert-butyldimethylsilyl)thio) propanoate (5) using naturally occurring L-cystine as the chiral starting material.

Cleaner production focuses on economizing raw materials and reducing waste generation, while industrial symbiosis emphasizes that the wastes generated by upstream companies should be used as raw materials by downstream companies[3].
Thus, technological innovation and industrial symbiosis seem contradictory: On one hand, the main waste exchange relationship between industrial symbiotic members may deter members’ internal cleaner production and technological innovation[4-5]; on the other hand, cleaner production can lead to the saving of raw materials and waste reduction which may break the original industrial symbiotic chain.

Abstract.
In recent years, along with the increasing number of flammable materials used in building, higher requirements are put forward on building fire alarm system.
Firstly, the moisture content of the combustible material plays an important role in fires, which means the probability of fires depends on the moisture content.
Therefore, the moisture content of combustible materials is a major point of assessment and predicts whether a fire will take place[5].Secondly, the early fire is in the smoldering stage, there would be a lot of smoke particles and harmful gases such as CO gas in the combustion and the temperature.

MaterialsThe celery was purchased in local supermarket and was absorbed in prime condition,
dimethylbenzene, distilled water, hematoxylin, ethanol, acetic acid glacial, etc.
The cellular pictures of celery treated at 200, 300 MPa for 5 min were shown in Figure1, B and C, their shapes corresponded to the swollen glossy appearance of the cell surfaces in raw materials.
The observations and analyses of celery's tissue processed for different time According to the theory of HPP, the high pressure for short time has the same effect on the food materials as the low pressure for long time [9].

Introduction
AS the main insulation material of some key DC power equipment, oil-paper is vital important for the operation security.
The surface roughness refers to the micro-geometry characteristic composing of the smaller spacing and peak-valley on the sample surface, which has been widely used in metal material, biomedicine, mining, papermaking, archaeological and many other fields.
Conclusions In this paper, the AFM was used to observe the changes taken place on the micro structure of paper after thermal ageing, and a 3-D surface roughness analysis on the AFM image was presented, the conclusions were as follows, (1) In addition, AFM can observe the micro surface and the structures of molecule of the insulating material, this good method that should be widely used in the electrical power material researches
