Abstract.
(4) After the materials of a slideway and a pin of the slag ladle are confirmed, the sliding friction coefficient between the two is a fixed constant.
Low carbon steel Q345 is selected. so the parameters of materials are conducted elastic modulus 2.1×105Mpa, poisson ratio, density.

To increase further the arcing erosion resistant property of electrode material, several beneficial attempts were addressed.
At the pulse frequency of 60 kHz, a greater pulse power of arc caused the generation of more oxide and nitride on the hafnium electrode, and simultaneously intensified the vaporization of electrode material at cathode spots, which finally led to a small rise in the erosion depth and weight loss of the electrode.

Our previous studies indicated that this hydrophobic material has serious pollution on membranes.
In this study, the hybrid hydrophilic materials combined with the hydrophobic membrane could reduce the membrane fouling and extend the reaching time of membrane surface pollution adsorption equilibrium, which improve the membrane performance effectively.

The formation of a stable layer of chromium oxide Cr2O3 is possible only on those materials which contain a sufficient amount of chromium necessary to form a continuous oxide layer.
Methods and Materials The process of sulfurization was carried out in the temperature range 600-900ºC in the H2/H2S atmosphere with a varying content of sulphur vapours - partial pressure of S2 from 10-7 to 10-1Pa (Fig. 1).

Introduction The first requirement for any material to be placed in the body is that it should be biocompatible and not cause any adverse reactions, so corrosion resistance of materials is worth regarding.
Materials and Methods Specimen preparation Ti6Al4V alloy was employed for this study.

The analysis methods considered the effects of material nonlinearity, geometrical nonlinearity, and initial imperfection.
For considering the effect of the materials’ character to the capacity of T-sections with the tip of the web in bigger compression, this kind of classification method were also used among the theoretical analysis in this paper.
