Abstract: This article mainly focuses on the reliability of micro-spring, which as a typical component of MEMS device, applies electrodeposited nickel material and is fabricated by LIGA process, being used under the circumstances like transporting and restoring which may induce shock and crash.
Griffith theory of brittle fracture In 1921 Griffith studied strength of the glass when crack appeared and grew, then he put forward the energy release rate theory that materials break in low-stress situation is caused by the instability of micro-crack extension [4].
Micro-spring mechanical characteristic experiment under dynamical circumstances MEMS material mechanical properties are important parameters in determining the performance of these micro-components; some research institutes launched a large number of tests in MEMS design process.
Material properties of the electrodeposited nickel fabricated by LIGA process are shown in Table 1.

Abstract: The size of pipe network accident caused by aging of water distribution system, rapid urbanization, abnormal climate or a disaster such as an earthquake
A side viewing type camera has waterproof function; is cheaper than a stainless steel product but has a higher hardness than that of Teflon product; is developed using POM (Polyoxymethylene) with good processibility; and is designed to facilitate replacement of various types of guides with brush roller function and so on. 2.3 Improve endoscopic camera The lens of the pipe endoscope camera was improved and compared so that image shooting inside a pipe may be less affected by foreign materials or water pressure. 3.
The side-view camera is effective for water piping with above a certain size because of its visual field watching every wall of pipes. 3.3 The comparison of inside pipe image:High Resolution VS Low Resolution camera The images of corrosion products, coating damage, and coating material floating state before and after improvement of the existing pipe endoscope camera functions were compared respectively.

Abstract.
And these series transparence detectors are mainly used for measuring all kinds of glass, plastic, film, and transparent or translucent material with the light source, light flux sensor, the hardware circuit structures and liquid crystal display.
Materials and methods Measurement principle of transparence for tissue engineered cornea According to the definition of the optical transparence, a beam of parallel light propagates some distance in corneal medium, then the ratio[3] of light energy in front and behind of corneal medium is measured, so the corneal transparence can be calculated.

We assigned the water material to the plane to represent water effect.
The water material includes water texture, reflection and refraction map for mapping environment, and the bump map to analog the ripple of lake surface.
By adjusting the water material carefully, we achieved the realistic effects of water (showed in Fig.4)[6].

Introduction
As we all known, without air resistance, when inclined throw a material with certain speed, only if the release angle is 45, it can reach furthest.
