Experiment materials and methods Laser used a GS - TFL – 10KW high power transverse CO2 laser.
The substrate material was 45 # steel.
Fig.2 Inclined wall accumulation model of change-diametral rotary parts The inclination angle can be expressed in Eq.(1): (1) Where is interlayer offset rate, ρ is the density of clad material, V is the scanning speed, B is the width of single pass,is the powder delivery rate and is the powder using efficiency.

High-rise building is an important type of building in city , which gets two sides: one is that high-rise building consumes a lot of resources in the process of construction and materials, costs a lot of energy in the process of running amounts of waste.
Modern building has some modern technology , including solar reflective material, electric sunshade component and all kinds of instruments outside of walls , which can not only effectively save energy but also add new appearance for building.
The development of the high-rise building, which shows power of science and technology, make architects focus on great importance to the unique function and technical factors than buildings from and emphasis on artistic effect.

The essential idea of selfformation is that object evolution depends solely on geometrical configuration, rather than specific materials or technological processes.
The parameters are selected from parameter space, where all materials are represented by integer parameters.
Such combinations of self-formation processes can be background for a new technology: the open groove can now be further processed, by coating with different materials, etc.

The versatility of polyurethanes has allowed the synthesis of different materials such as foams, coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers.
These materials can be used in fields as automotive, footwear, in construction as insulators, and most recently in medical devices.

While the advent of elastic meltblown nonwoven materials solved this problem.
The aim is taking advantage of excellent filter of meltblowm materials in the possibility of improving the materials elasticity.
Then the study should focuses on the transform of row material and structure from single one to composition of multiple materials and structures.
