Abstract.
The cutting tool materials used for machining titanium alloys usually have short tool life and mostly react with the titanium work materials.
Most of the problems associated with conventional machining of alloys are due to high consumption of cutting tool materials due to excessive tool wear as a result of high temperature generation at the cutting interfaces with dry machining.
This is attributed by plastic flow of material during the cutting process.

Jianming Mai et al[3] demonstrated that the electro-plastic effect of metallic materials induced by high density current can dramatically reduce the flow stress during electrical-assisted embossing process.
These effects can improve the formability of materials to a certain extent.

At present, a lot of researches on single-component IFR are mainly PEPA[10], Trimer and Melabis[11], etc., and their raw materials are pentaerythritol (carbon source), melamine (air) and phosphorus oxychloride (acid source), which prepare in the organic solvent.

At the same time, the cementitious materials and additives used in SCC are much more than that of used in ordinary concrete, which will cause SCC to generate shrinkage cracks easily and deteriorate its durability.
However, some disadvantage factors in SCC, such as large dosages of cementitious materials and additives, also cause the SCC have large amount of shrinkage and easy to crack [6].

Introduction
The connection between polymer science and materials science requires the synthesis of various polymer structures in order to obtain materials with new properties.
Partially, they can be applied for obtaining self-cleaning coating materials [2-4].
The fluorine content and its distribution along the chain determine the properties of such materials, whitch can be applied in electronics and medicine [5-7].
Moreover, controlled radical copolymerization is a powerful tool to modify materials based on fluorinated polymers.
