It can be get the collision region's largest real stress of bearing raceway surface reach 2180Mpa,2120Mpa,2354Mpa,2355Mpa,2355Mpa,2355Mpa after the 1th,2ed,3th,4th,5th,6th collision processing as the figures below shows: Experimental results analysis From above mentioned, under the conditions of the impact speed at 40m / s and 60m / s ,the results can be analyzed from the data of repeating collisions Mises stress moire figure. after the 1th,2ed ,3rd ,4th ,5th ,6th times collision processing of the ring collision model, the region's largest real stress at the 2ed collision of raceway surface slightly reduced, and then increased to stable, but collision speed at 60m / s is well in agreement with this regular pattern, although the 3rd,4th,5th,6th times the larges true stress are exceeds the tensile strength of 2353MPa in the collision region, but We can understand that this is a simplified ideal state, actually, because of the external force including the stress state of the material itself
