Microstructure and Abrasion Resistance Mechanism of CrB Particles Reinforced MMC Coating DENG Hua-ling 1,a , LI Guang-long2,b , SONG Yun-jing 1 , and XIAO Shi-rong 1 1 Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Shandong College of Electric Power, Jinan, 250002, China 2 Shandong Liyan Electric Power Corporation, Jining 273517, China a deng_hualing@sina.com, blgl6717@sohu.com Key Words: CrB particles reinforced, MMC coating, Microstructure, Abrasion, Mechanism Abstract.
Among these materials, the CrB ceramic has the higher hardness under high temperature, and the chromium elementary can strengthen the resistance of high temperature oxidation[6].
And the 08F carbon steel wire together with the CrB powder core were used as the spraying materials.
Secondly, the carbon steel matrix has the similar mechanical performance with the materials (20 steel ) of the water-wall tubes, especially has closely approximate thermal expansion coefficient, which is the guarantee of the coating would not fall off from the tubes when temperature changing.

Introduction Electrochromic material is able to exhibit colouration and bleaching cycles repeatedly by an external voltage.
Among the materials of electrochromism (EC), nickel oxide (NiO) film is an attractive material which displays anodic colouration.
Since the electrochromic devices are promising in controlling heat and light in buildings, the study on the electrochromic materials has been receiving a lot more attention nowadays.
