According to the requirements of design and construction, SCC of C30~C60 can be produced by selecting materials used and adjusting the amount and composition of composite binder, the dosage and composition of high performance chemical admixture as well as W/B, based on the reasonable component of SCC with volume.
Now concrete is a kind of engineering material widely used.
Filling SCC without vibrating can guarantee the quality of concrete filled steel pipe column; it is easy to construction and much cheap to compare with using grout materials.
Using SCC is economical to compare with using grout materials.
According to the condition of raw materials from the ready-mixed concrete plant, we determined the amount and composition of composite binder and the dosage and composition of chemical admixture of SCC (see table 7), based on the experiment of preparing concrete.

Materials and Methods The ablation of mechanically polished titanium was performed in the air with a femtosecond fiber laser machining system (Figure 1a).
